The Inner Courtyard seduces our guests’ sense of smell and taste. An abundance of herbs and berries grow in conveniently raised beds. The special Burgenland climate allows for a lush growth, letting us harvest until late in the autumn and sometimes even until December.
We use the herbs for delicious breakfast specialities, such as sage in wine dough.
- 50 g flour
- 1 egg
- Wine, until you have a viscous dough
Leave dough to rest for a few hours.
Soak leaves and fry in clarified butter until crispy.
